El número de heridos tras el accidente de tren que tuvo lugar en Santiago el pasado miércoles ha descendido. Aun así, el total de personas ingresadas en los hospitales gallegos asciende a 66.
De ellos, 16 pacientes se encuentran en estado crítico. Uno de ellos, además, es un paciente pediátrico.
Según ha informado este martes la Consellería de Sanidade de Galicia en un comunicado, del total de pacientes, 36 están ingresados en el Complejo Hospitalario Universitario de Santiago. La cifra engloba a casi la totalidad de personas en estado crítico: 14 adultos y un menor. El otro paciente grave está internado en el Complejo Hospitalario de A Coruña, donde también se encuentran seis personas más.
El resto de víctimas del descarrilamiento del Alvia Madrid-Ferrol se encuentran en el Policlínico La Rosaleda de Santiago (17), en el Complejo Hospitalario de Pontevedra (2), en el de Ourense (2), y otros 2 en el Hospital Domínguez.
Por otro lado, la investigación judicial sigue su curso. Tras la declaración, ayer, del maquinista ante el juez, hoy se abrirán las cajas negras del tren accidentado.
