El Salón Internacional de la Moda de Madrid (SIMM) reunirá en julio a más de un millar de firmas que expondrán las últimas propuestas de la industria de la moda comercial, y tendrá como país invitado a Brasil.
La feria SIMM, que se celebrará del 17 al 19 del mes próximo en seis pabellones de la Feria de Madrid, se dividirá nuevamente en ocho espacios (Gala, Diva, Perlas, Alma, Eterna, Libre, Hombre y Pronto Moda), según informó hoy IFEMA, la institución que organiza las ferias internacionales en Madrid.
En esos espacios se presentarán a los comerciantes y profesionales todo tipo de tendencias de la industria textil para las próximas temporadas.
La organización precisó que el certamen ha adelantado su fecha de celebración, que estaba prevista para el mes de septiembre, debido al interés que han manifestado las empresas del sector textil por acortar el habitual espacio existente entre temporada y temporada, con el fin de que los fabricantes y firmas puedan iniciar la promoción de sus prendas con más antelación.
Brasil, como país invitado, contará con una representación de unas 24 compañías que protagonizarán la moda verano "beachwear", por lo que la feria contará con una oferta "particular" y "llena de color" que caracteriza a las confecciones brasileñas en este ámbito.
En cuanto a la pasarela "Latinoamérica Fashion" (LAF), que se celebraba de forma paralela a la feria SIMM, este año se llevará a cabo en Medellín (Colombia) los días 29, 30 y 31 de julio, y contará con la presencia de nueve diseñadores destacados.
