Actualizado:
El consorcio que conforman el Banco Santander junto a RBS y Fortis ya ha alcanzado el apoyo de más del 95% del accionariado del banco holandés ABN Amro, lo que les permitirá hacerse con todo el capital, según informaron las entidades en una nota enviada a la CNMV.
Los tres bancos son propietarios del ABN desde el 17 de octubre después de que el 86 por ciento del capital apoyase la propuesta del consorcio hasta el 5 de octubre pasado.
