Los actores Sarah Jessica Parker y Matthew Broderick se convirtieron en padres de las gemelas que dio a luz una madre de alquiler en Ohio, informó hoy la revista People.
Parker, de 44 años y Broderick, de 47, contrataron los servicios de una mujer para la gestación de sus nuevos bebés, una noticia que se conoció el pasado mes de abril.
La actriz de "Sex and the City" describió a la mujer como una "persona honorable, increíblemente generosa, que ha hecho una importante elección para ser parte de nuestras vidas".
La pareja, que tenía hasta el momento solo un hijo, James Wilkie, de 6 años, deseaba aumentar la familia, según fuentes de People, que indicaron, además, que Parker siempre había querido ser madre de una niña.
Varios medios locales en Ohio informaron que el nacimiento de las dos bebés se produjo en la mañana de hoy en el East Ohio Regional Hospital.
Parker y Broderick se casaron en 1997.
