La vicepresidenta primera del Gobierno, María Teresa Fernández de la Vega, acusó hoy al Partido Popular de ser "el único" que "no arrima el hombro para salir de la crisis", y defendió las medidas tomadas por el Ejecutivo en la actual coyuntura económica.
En la rueda de prensa posterior al Consejo de Ministros, De la Vega señaló que no comparte el análisis hecho por la revista británica "The Economist", que en su último número ha acusado al presidente del Gobierno de tener el "ilusionismo de un mago" y "sacar de la chistera" promesas económicas que no va a poder cumplir.
"Está muy clara la posición de este Gobierno", que ha sido la de tomar "medidas muy importantes" que se han valorado dentro y fuera del país y que se han adoptado en el marco de las decididas también para el conjunto de Europa, señaló la vicepresidenta.
De la Vega insistió en que el Gobierno está trabajando para salir de la crisis, mientras que es el PP el que "no está arrimando el hombro".
Recordó que se han tomado medidas para las entidades financieras, para la "economía real" y para las familias, y aseguró que se han decidido "de la mano de los agentes sociales y con todas las instituciones y los grupos políticos. Bueno, todos, todos, no, casi todos", añadió. EFE
