El depuesto presidente hondureño Manuel Zelaya ha admitido por primera vez este martes la posibilidad de no ser restituido en el poder aunque volvió a insistir en la necesidad de entregar a la justicia internacional a los que participaron en el golpe militar del pasado mes de junio que le expulsó del poder.
"Se debe entregar a los tribunales de justicia internacional a la Corte Penal, tanto a los militares" como a los civiles que participaron del golpe de Estado del 28 de junio, y "esa será la condición que se pondrá después de las elecciones, si no me restituyen antes", afirmó el destituido mandatario.
Zelaya, que permanecía refugiado en la Embajada de Brasil desde su llegada a Tegucigalpa en septiembre, recordó que los comicios propuestos por el Gobierno interino de Roberto Micheletti para el próximo 29 de noviembre son su apuesta para acabar con el conflicto político que atraviesa el país.
"Si llegamos a las elecciones sin un arreglo, lo que pasará es que se va a profundizar la crisis, será un gobierno débil, espurio, la comunidad internacional va a continuar el aislamiento a menos que decidan entregar a los tribunales de justicia internacional a los golpistas", subrayó en informaciones recogidas por 'La voz de Honduras'.

Respecto a la mesa de diálogo que inició ayer su cuarta ronda entre representantes de Zelaya y de Micheletti, el mandatario depuesto dijo que se escucharán todos los planteamientos expuestos para facilitar "el retorno de la paz y la tranquilidad a Honduras".
La reunión entre las partes culminó tras haber alcanzado el 90% de los puntos expuestos en el Acuerdo de San José elaborado por el presidente costarricense y mediador del conflicto, Óscar Arias, aunque los negociadores se detuvieron en el sexto punto relativo al regreso al poder de Zelaya.
