Un alto ejecutivo del banco BBVA en Andalucía murió asesinado en su domicilio tras recibir dos impactos de bala en el pulmón, efectuados con un arma corta que no ha aparecido, informaron ayer a Efe fuentes de la investigación.
El fallecido, Andrés Toro Barea, de 59 años, era jefe para Andalucía occidental del Centro Especial de Recuperaciones (CER) del BBVA, que gestiona el cobro a morosos y la recuperación de créditos, y fue hallado el lunes en su chalé de Bollullos de la Mitación (Sevilla) por un compañero del banco, extrañado por su ausencia del trabajo.
Las citadas fuentes han explicado que la vivienda no presentaba signos de lucha ni la puerta había sido forzada, por lo que previsiblemente la víctima permitió el acceso al homicida.
El juzgado de instrucción 1 de Sanlúcar la Mayor (Sevilla), a quien ha correspondido el caso, decretó el secreto del sumario y autorizó el entierro, que tuvo lugar ayer en San Fernando de Sevilla.
La sección del banco que dirigía el fallecido, al igual que la dedicada a empresas morosas, había experimentado un notable incremento de trabajo en las últimas semanas por la crisis económica, según fuentes del BBVA.
