Al menos diez comunidades han recortado los presupuestos destinados a la sanidad en 2012, según un informe realizado por la Federación de Sanidad y Sectores Sociosanitarios del sindicato CCOO. El estudio revela que, entre lo presupuestado en 2011 y el proyecto de 2012, se va a producir una disminución del 2,25% con carácter general. No obstante, el sindicato reconoció que esta cifra puede variar, ya que no ha podido obtener los datos de Castilla-La Mancha, cuyos presupuestos, según lo anunciado por el propio Ejecutivo regional, serán muy restrictivos.
No obstante, las reducciones no afectan por igual a las diferentes comunidades. Así, la que verá más reducida su partida sanitaria será Murcia, con el -8,29%, seguida de Catalunya (-7,55%), Navarra (-5,90%), Extremadura (-5,81%), La Rioja (-3,48%), País Vasco (-3,14%) y Canarias (-2,75%). Galicia (-0,46%), País Valencià (-0,42%) y Aragón (-0,12%) serán las que menos caigan.
Del resto de comunidades, Castilla y León, mantendrá la inversión, mientras que Illes Balears, Madrid y Andalucía registrarán ligeros incrementos de entre el 0,95% de la primera y el 0,15% de la última. Significativo será el caso de Asturias, donde el presupuesto recoge un incremento del 6,7%.
