La vicepresidenta segunda y ministra de Economía y Hacienda, Elena Salgado, dijo hoy que la sociedad española está "sorprendida" y "atónita" con la situación que atraviesa el PP, en alusión al "caso Gürtel", y no con los Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2010.
Así respondió Salgado en la sesión de control al Gobierno a la diputada del PP Ana Mato, quien utilizó tales adjetivos para describir el ánimo de la opinión pública ante las cuentas del año que viene, calificadas de "sociales" por el Gobierno.
Mato señaló que, por el contrario, estos Presupuestos suponen "más paro, menos inversiones y más impuestos", y acusó al Gobierno de seguir engañando a los ciudadanos.
"Me sorprende su lenguaje", le contestó la ministra a sus acusaciones, y reiteró que los Presupuestos Generales destinan el 51,6% de los recursos al gasto social por lo que pueden tildarse de "sociales".
