El coche estrellado en la sede del PP.

MADRID.- Ocurrió un 19 de diciembre a las 6:50 horas de la mañana. Un vehículo cargado de un artefacto incendiario y dos bombonas de butano atravesó la calle Génova de Madrid a gran velocidad para empotrarse contra la puerta de entrada de la sede central del PP. El conductor, Daniel P.B., de 37 años, afronta ahora entre uno y cuatro años de prisión y debe depositar una fianza de 54.600 euros.
El Juzgado de Instrucción nº 32 de Madrid ha concluido la investigación por estos hechos y has dictado un auto de transformación en procedimiento abreviado del sumario para juzgar a Daniel P.B. por un delito de incendio en grado de tentativa.
La magistrada mantiene la prisión provisional comunicada y sin fianza de Daniel P.B para conjurar el riesgo de fuga, ya que se enfrenta a una grave pena que implica entre uno y cuatro años de cárcel. Además, fija una fianza de 54.600 euros para asegurar las responsabilidades económicas que se le puedan imponer en la sentencia.
El auto expone cómo estrelló el coche a gran velocidad contra la sede de Génova, 13, fracturó la puerta de entrada y llegó a entrar varios metros en el interior del vestíbulo. Tras ser reducido, en el maletero del coche se descubrió un “artefacto incendiario de fabricación casera de activación temporizada e iniciación eléctrica, con sistema de activación viable y de correcto funcionamiento”, así como dos bombonas de butano.
La instructora considera que, de haberse activado el artefacto, el incendio se podría haber propagado por el edificio, con peligro para la vida y la integridad de las personas que estaban en su interior. Por si fuera poco, en el coche había metralla y sustancias acelerantes del fuego, en concreto gasolina y urea, que en contacto con el calor libera ácido cianúrico.
El ‘kamikaze’ deberá declarar en el juzgado como procesado el próximo día 10 de junio de 2015 a las 11:00 horas.
