La escuela valenciana alzará su voz, una vez más, contra la política de la Generalitat. La Plataforma en Defensa de lEnsenyament Públic ha convocado para hoy un paro general contra el "nefasto sistema educativo implantado en la Comunitat Valenciana". Para lograrlo, propone "cerrar por un día los centros públicos", y acudir a las manifestaciones que arrancarán a las 19.00 horas en las tres capitales de provincia.
Además de pedir la dimisión del conseller dEducació, Alejandro Font de Mora, entre las principales reivindicaciones de la Plataforma están la creación de "una red de 0 a 3 años realmente pública, acabar con el fracaso escolar, y conseguir una real democracia de centros". En su comunicado, de 13 puntos, los convocantes piden que los alumnos no "estudien en barracones crónicos" y que "los niños con necesidades especiales" sean atendidos debidamente. Asimismo, reclaman que "realmente se enseñen las lenguas extranjeras".
Por su parte, desde la Generalitat se asegura que los centros abrirán con normalidad y los servicios mínimos garantizarán la asistencia al alumnado.
