El juez de la Audiencia Nacional, Eloy Velasco, ha tomado declaración en la mañana de este sábado a los cinco presuntos etarras detenidos el pasado martes en Vizcaya y Guipúzcoa por la Ertzaintza, a quienes se vincula con los ataques contra la comisaría de la Policía vasca en Ondárroa en 2008.
Los cinco detenidos han sido trasladados desde el País vasco hasta la Audiencia Nacional en Madrid, donde, según fuentes jurídicas, ya han comenzado a declarar ante el titular del Juzgado Central de Instrucción número 6.
Se trata de Ibon Iparragirre Burgoa, considerado el jefe de este comando de "legales" (no fichados por la Policía), Javier Zubizarreta Legardi, Jon Iñaki Esnaola Alba, Xeber Uribe Beitia y Asier Badiola Lasarte.
Además de estos cinco arrestados, el jueves fueron detenidas en el marco de la misma operación policial contra ETA otras dos personas (Zubeltz Bedialauneta y Urtza Alkorta), que previsiblemente declararán ante el magistrado la próxima semana.
En la operación desarrollada por la Ertzaintza se han localizado tres zulos en las proximidades de Ondarroa (Vizcaya), en los que los presuntos etarras acumulaban casi cuarenta kilos de material explosivo, según informaron ayer fuentes del departamento vasco de Interior.
Además, la Ertzaintza halló documentación y material informático, pentrita y cordón detonante en condiciones para ser utilizado, así como dos armas cortas y más de un centenar de cartuchos.
Los agentes también localizaron droga, concretamente marihuana y cocaína, así como básculas de precisión.
Este grupo está considerado como el autor de los atentados contra la comisaría de la Ertzaintza en Ondárroa en septiembre de 2008, contra la sede de la Caja Vital en Vitoria y contra la maquinaria de empresas que participan en el construcción del tren de alta velocidad en Orio (Guipúzcoa)
Según fuentes de la lucha antiterrorista, el comando se encontraba en situación "durmiente" al haber perdido el contacto con la dirección de ETA en Francia a raíz de la detención de Garikoitz Azpiazu "Txeroki" en noviembre de 2008 y de su colaborador Aitzol Etxaburu, en agosto de 2009.
