Actualizado:
El precio del suelo cayó el 4,8 por ciento el primer trimestre del año en comparación con el mismo periodo de 2008, situándose en 238,8 euros por metro cuadrado, según los datos publicados hoy por el Ministerio de Vivienda.
En el mismo periodo, las transacciones de suelo bajaron el 37,1 por ciento frente al primer trimestre del año pasado, hasta 5.589 operaciones.
La superficie transmitida en dichas transacciones fue de 8,7 millones de metros cuadrados, el 41,6 por ciento menos que un año antes, y su valor total fue de 2.571,1 millones de euros, lo que significa un descenso del 39,4 por ciento.
