El que fuera secretario de Estado de Comunicación con José María Aznar, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Rodríguez, actualmente tertuliano en varios programas de televisión, estudia recurrir la sentencia del Juzgado de Instrucción número 35 de Madrid que le ha condenado a indemnizar con 30.000 euros y pagar 11 meses de multa de 30 euros diarios por un delito continuado de injuria grave al doctor Luis Montes, a quien llamó "nazi".
Rodríguez ha optado por no desvelar sus pasos aduciendo que "aún no me ha llegado el texto".
"No sé aún lo que haré al respecto. Lo mismo me querello contra él porque me llamó bocazas ", ha amenazado.
Rodríguez ha dicho sentirse sorprendido por la sentencia. "¿Por qué el juez pone once meses de multa, si sólo hablé de él (el doctor Montes) 12 segundos? No sé, quiero ver el razonamiento del juez, porque me ha extrañado" la sentencia.
