Combo mujeres para interior 660 x 340
Aunque quedan pocos registros en los libros de texto, lo cierto es que a lo largo de la historia ha habido muchas mujeres que han pensado, escrito, pintado, investigado y contribuido de forma decisiva a modelar las matemáticas, la filosofía, el arte o la literatura. En Público hemos querido celebrar este año el Día Internacional de la Mujer recuperando algunos de los ejemplos más notables de mujeres que son casi invisibles para la historia oficial y que aparecerían en los libros de texto tan a menudo como Platón o Monet si hubiesen sido hombres.
Además, entre el 5 y el 12 de marzo vamos a lanzar una campaña para dar visibilidad en Facebook y Twitter a grandes mujeres de la historia, las ciencias y las artes. El hashtag que hemos elegido es #adMÍRALAS, y nos encantaría que te sumes a ella distribuyendo todo tipo de contenidos que den a conocer a las mujeres que tú consideras más relevantes. Podéis compartir posts escritos en vuestros propios blogs o páginas web, fotografías, artículos de publicaciones, informes de universidades, imágenes de obras de arte (desde cuadros a grafitis), enlaces a páginas de colectivos culturales de barrio… todo lo que consideres que merece ser compartido y que probablemente formaría parte de nuestra cultura cotidiana si sus creadoras no hubiesen sido mujeres.
Empezamos nuestra campaña con un trivial sobre mujeres relevantes que todos deberíamos conocer. ¿Te atreves a hacerlo sin mirar antes los nombres en la web?
