La caja catalana Caixa Catalunya dijo el lunes que ha ingresado 110 millones de euros con la operación de 'sale and leaseback' de parte de las oficinas que ha puesto a la venta.
La caja catalana dijo en una nota de prensa que en los dos meses desde que puso en venta parte de sus oficinas ha recibido peticiones por importe de 750 millones de euros.
En enero, Caixa Catalunya decidió vender 824 sucursales por un importe de 514 millones.
Mediante la modalidad de 'sale and leaseback', las entidades venden sus oficinas a un inversor y posteriormente alquilan los inmuebles al propio comprador.
En el caso de Caixa Catalunya, la caja paga una rentabilidad de entre el 6 y el 6,5 por ciento por el alquiler, que posteriormente se incrementará hasta el 8,5 por ciento teniendo en cuenta el aumento futuro de los alquileres.
La caja dijo que el producto ha sido ofrecido a clientes "con cultura financiera y family offices".
