La Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) ha decidido hoy suspender de forma cautelar la cotización en Bolsa de las acciones de Sacyr Vallehermoso hasta que sea difundida "una información relevante" sobre la inmobiliaria.
La suspensión podría estar relacionada con el hecho de que hoy el Tribunal de Apelación de París va a decidir si estuvo justificada por parte del supervisor bursátil francés la anulación de la opa que Sacyr lanzó en abril de 2007 sobre la constructora francesa Eiffage, de la que posee un tercio del capital.
Al cierre de la sesión de ayer las acciones de Sacyr se cambiaban a 22,58 euros tras ganar en la sesión el 2,64 por ciento.
