La familia de Rayan, el bebé prematuro que falleció el lunes en Madrid como consecuencia de una negligencia médica e hijo de la joven marroquí que fue la primera víctima mortal en España de la gripe A, pretende poner el caso en manos de un abogado de Ceuta y de otro en Madrid.
Según han informado a EFE fuentes judiciales de la ciudad ceutí, el hecho de que en Ceuta resida un familiar de la joven ha hecho que la familia tenga la intención de poner el asunto en manos de un bufete de abogados ceutí, que todavía no ha sido dado a conocer.
Asimismo, los familiares han previsto que otro abogado en Madrid lleve las gestiones oportunas.
La muerte del pequeño, que estaba ingresado en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Gregorio Marañón, en Madrid, desde su nacimiento por cesárea el 29 de junio, ha causado tristeza y conmoción en la sociedad por las dramáticas circunstancias en que se produjo.
Rayan, que no se había contagiado del virus que causó la muerte de su madre, de 20 años, falleció el lunes, horas después de que el personal de enfermería confundiera la vía de administración de una fórmula láctea específica para bebés prematuros.
