Una decena de personas, entre ellos al menos dos mujeres, han sido detenidos hoy por la Policía Nacional en el marco de una operación antidroga llevada a cabo en el barrio de Huerta Carrasco, una zona marginal de Motril.
En el marco de la operación, desarrollada desde las 8.00 y hasta pasadas las 15.00 horas, se han inspeccionados varios domicilios de la zona con la colaboración de la unidad de intervención policial de Granada, según ha podido presenciar Efe.
Durante los registros, la Policía ha decomisado una cantidad indeterminada de droga, cocaína entre ellas, así como objetos procedentes posiblemente de robos, como motocicletas, televisores, y equipos de música, han precisado a Efe fuentes policiales.
Algunos de los detenidos tienen antecedentes policiales por tráfico de estupefacientes, y todos han sido trasladados a la comisaría para su puesta a disposición judicial en las próximas horas.
La operación, desarrollada de forma sorpresiva en medio de un numeroso dispositivo policial, sigue abierta y se enmarca en la lucha contra el trafico de estupefacientes en Motril.
