Un incendio ha destruido esta madrugada un invernadero situado en el número 13 del camino de Montcada-Tda Boba de Lleida, según han informado los Bomberos de la Generalitat.
El fuego se inició a las 02.38 horas y ha afectado unos 10.000 metros cuadrados de la empresa "Horticultura Bellmunt S.A.", que se dedica a la venta de plantas ornamentales, y ha quemado principalmente plantas, maquinaria y material de embalaje que había en su interior.
Las mismas fuentes han señalado que la empresa está dividida en cuatro naves de una sola planta que se comunican entre ellas, las cuales han quedado afectadas por el fuego, la temperatura y el humo.
También han explicado que el techo, que era de cristal, se ha roto, y que la estructura de vigas de hierro también ha quedado afectada. Sólo la última nave, que es la más pequeña y está más separada del resto, no se ha visto afectada por el fuego.
Desde los Bomberos de la Generalitat se ha indicado que en el momento del incendio no había nadie trabajando en el interior de la empresa, por lo que no ha habido heridos.
