La vicepresidenta segunda y ministra de Economía y Hacienda, Elena Salgado, debe formar un nuevo equipo y esta es "su primera decisión importante", ha dicho hoy el secretario de Economía del PP, Álvaro Nadal, al conocerse la dimisión de David Vegara, número dos del ministerio.
Nadal ha señalado que Vegara era una persona clave en el equipo que ha dirigido la economía española durante los últimos cinco años y ha destacado que a ese equipo le hubiera gustado "haber estado más respaldado por el presidente de Gobierno".
El diputado popular, portavoz adjunto de Economía en el Congreso, señala que Salgado "tendrá que buscar a personas con capacidad que sean capaces de introducir buenos criterios de gestión en el Gobierno, a los que ella misma se ha opuesto en el pasado".
Ha advertido también de que, de otra forma, "no va a ser posible introducir los cambios en las políticas económicas que este país necesita".
