El ex alcalde de Marbella Julián Muñoz y el ex asesor urbanístico municipal Juan Antonio Roca han sido trasladados hoy desde la prisión de Alhaurín de la Torre (Málaga) a un juzgado marbellí para declarar por una pieza separada del "caso Malaya", que investiga dos operaciones urbanísticas.
Los imputados han sido conducidos en una furgoneta de la Guardia Civil desde el centro penitenciario a la sede judicial de Marbella, adonde han llegado en torno a las 10.00 horas.
El instructor del caso Malaya, Oscár Pérez, acordó en diciembre pasado abrir un procedimiento aparte en virtud de un informe policial sobre las vinculaciones del entramado societario de Roca con el empresario Francisco Javier Arteche y las operaciones en las parcelas denominadas "Ave María" y "Francisco Norte".
Además de Roca y Muñoz, hoy también comparecerán como imputados ante el juez el propio Arteche, el tasador José Mora Igeño y los abogados Manuel Sánchez Zubizarreta y Francisco Soriano Pastor, estos dos últimos procesados por el caso Malaya.
