Una vivienda en venta.

MADRID.—El precio de la vivienda libre aumentó un 4,5% en el tercer trimestre en relación al mismo trimestre de 2014, aumentando en medio punto el repunte interanual del segundo trimestre de este año (+4%), según datos difundidos este jueves por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE)
De esta forma, ya son seis los trimestres consecutivos en los que los precios de la vivienda presentan tasas interanuales positivas tras seis años de caídas interanuales.
Por tipo de vivienda, el precio de la vivienda nueva subió un 4,3% en comparación con el tercer trimestre de 2014, seis décimas menos de lo que lo hizo en el segundo trimestre (4,9%).
Por su parte, el precio de la vivienda usada se incrementó un 4,5% en el tercer trimestre en relación al mismo periodo de 2014, tasa siete décimas superior a la del segundo trimestre y la más elevada desde el tercer trimestre de 2007, cuando alcanzó el 7,5%.
En tasa intertrimestral (tercer trimestre sobre segundo trimestre de 2015), el precio de la vivienda libre subió un 0,7% tras dispararse un 4,2% en el segundo trimestre.
El IPV que publica Estadística es compatible con las exigencias de Eurostat y complementa al que publica trimestralmente el Ministerio de Fomento. Entre sus objetivos se encuentra el de servir de elemento de comparación entre los Estados miembros en lo referente a los precios de la vivienda.
