El lateral zurdo majorero del Club Deportivo Tenerife Héctor Sánchez, manifestó hoy en rueda de prensa, una vez finalizado el último entrenamiento para viajar a Madrid, que si hacen "las cosas bien" tendrán mucho ganado en el Vicente Calderón.
El defensa majorero explicó que "habrá que mantener la línea mostrada ante el Sporting y así aspirar a obtener un resultado positivo".
Eso sí, es consciente de que no lo van a tener nada fácil, porque se miden a un equipo al que calificó como un "grande del fútbol español".
"Debemos estar tranquilos porque aún no hemos hecho nada y no podemos bajar los brazos porque si salimos relajados sufriremos mucho", advirtió.
De todas formas se muestra optimista porque "la plantilla se encuentra con muchas ganas y todos muy centrados en el partido ante el Atlético", aseguró el defensa.
"El ambiente ha sido bueno durante toda la temporada y vamos a salir a ganar. Nos motiva mucho saber que tendremos bastantes seguidores en las gradas del Calderón y espero que les demos una alegría", comentó el jugador.
Tras el último entrenamiento de hoy José Luis Oltra dio a conocer la lista de convocados que viajarán esta tarde a la capital de España, entre ellos el onubense Alejandro Alfaro, que durante la semana ha estado entre "algodones" por sus molestias en la rodilla.
Oltra repite a los citados el pasado fin de semana y que hicieron posible la victoria sobre el Getafe.
Los llamados son Sergio Aragoneses, Luis García, Marc Bertrán, Culebras, Manolo Martínez, Héctor, Pablo Sicilia, Mikel Alonso, Ricardo, Román, Richi, Juanlu, Kome, Ayoze, Alfaro, Nino, Dinei y Ángel.
