Los Globos de Oro le debía una a Breaking Bad y esta vez recibió los honores todos juntos. Pocos meses después de que una de las series de culto de los últimos tiempos pusiera su punto y final, anoche obtuvo el Globo de Oro como mejor serie dramática y su protagonista, Bryan Cranston, se hizo con el título de mejor actor de un drama televisivo en una ceremonia que se ha celebrado en el hotel Beverly Hilton de Los Ángeles. Los dos triunfos acumulados a mitad de gala aseguraron ya una noche de éxito para el programa de AMC que bajó el telón el año pasado.

La sorpresa la dio en la categoría de mejor serie de comedia Brooklyn Nine-Nine y su protagonista, Andy Samberg se ha hecho con el Globo de Oro al Mejor Actor de serie de comedia. La tercera serie que triunfó en la noche fue Behind the Candelabra, que se impuso en la categoría de mejor telefilme o miniserie por delante de la gran favorita American Horror Story: Coven. Además, Michael Douglas se hizo con el galardón al mejor actor de miniserie o telefilme.

'Behind the Candelabra' se impuso en la categoría de mejor telefilme o miniserieRobin Wright se llevó, para su sorpresa, el galardón de mejor actriz dramática por House of Cards de Netflix y también emocionada e impactada compareció sobre el escenario Jacqueline Bisset para recoger el trofeo de mejor actriz secundaria de televisión por Dancing On the Edge.

Bisset, a la que tardaron en salirle las palabras, dejó sin premio a Sofía Vergara que optaba al galardón por cuarta vez por Modern Family. El mismo premio, pero por parte masculina fue a las manos del padre de Angelina Jolie, Jon Voight, gracias a su trabajo en Ray Donovan. El premio a la mejor actriz de comedia fue para Amy Poehler por Parks and Recreation. Y por último, Elisabeth Moss ganó como mejor actriz de telefilme o miniseries por Top of the Lake.
