Un centenar de hinchas ultras alemanes fueron detenidos hoy en Klagenfurt, una de las cuatro sedes austríacas donde se disputaba el encuentro Alemania-Polonia de la Eurocopa.
Según fuentes policiales, unos 60 aficionados radicales germanos empezaron a proferir gritos contra los polacos que recordaban la época de los nazis y después se unieron a más manifestantes, hasta que la policía detuvo finalmente a un centenar de hinchas.
Los ultras pronunciaron frases como "Todos los polacos deben llevar una estrella amarilla" en alusión a este símbolo que fueron obligados a llevar los judíos durante la ocupación nazi en Polonia.
Durante el partido, el ambiente también se caldeó enormemente en la "milla de los aficionados" de Klagenfurt después de que Podolski marcara el primer tanto alemán contra Polonia en el minuto 20, cuando alemanes y polacos volvieron a enfrentarse verbalmente.
