Hasta cinco coches a su disposición. Son los vehículos con los que, según el Sindicato Unificado de Policía (SUP), cuentan algunos ministros y altos cargos. La justificación: tener siempre uno disponible frente a posibles incidentes, reparaciones o limpiezas.
El SUP hace esta denuncia en la edición de abril de su boletín Carné X Puntos (consulta aquí el informe), en el que la Comisión Ejecutiva Nacional de este sindicato policial evalúa el comportamiento de políticos, fuerzas de seguridad y periodistas, entre otros, quitándoles puntos de manera similar a las infracciones del código de circulación.
Para el SUP el Gobierno no está predicando con la austeridad que dicta en sus recortes. "¿Cuántos vehículos tienen el presidente del Gobierno, los ministros, los secretarios de Estado, subsecretarios, directores generales, jefes de gabinete, etc. "gratis total", con suscorrespondientes chóferes y escoltas?", preguntan en el texto que denuncia que cada uno de estos cargos tiene asignado del orden de 3 a 5 coches idénticos.
Entre los más flagrantes participantes de esos gastos "superfluos y corruptos", de los que a juicio del sindicato sobran el 95%, destacan al jefe de gabinete del presidente del Gobierno, Jorge Moragas, del que dicen que "no esperó ni a tomar posesión del cargo para exigir escoltas y vehículos para cargos políticos y familias, haciendo lo contrario de lo que predica para los demás en cuanto a austeridad en el gasto público se refiere".
No es el único caso. El SUP apunta con el dedo a todos los que como él son "responsables del doble rasero corrupto que se aplica en la gestión de medios materiales, derrochando como jeques árabes con el dinero de todos mientras recortan y exigen sacrificios a los más débiles, a los que nada tienen".
