Las participaciones vendidas por el partido político Bloc-Compromís de Ontinyent con la imagen de Carlos Fabra, el presidente de la Diputación de Castellón y del PP provincial investigado por un juzgado de Nules por presuntos delitos contra la hacienda pública, han resultado premiadas con la pedrea del sorteo de El Niño.
Las papeletas eran participaciones de cuatro euros en dos números, el 03.413 y el 99.128, y llevaban una leyenda con la frase "la lotería que siempre toca". En el sorteo, el número 03.413 ha sido premiado con el reintegro (3) y las dos cifras finales del primer premio (13), por lo que se pagarán 14 euros por cada papeleta.
El pasado 3 de enero, el titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número 6 de Castellón ordenó el cese inmediato de la venta y la intervención de participaciones para la Lotería del Niño emitidas por el Bloc de Ontinyent en las que figura la imagen del presidente de la Diputación de Castellón, Carlos Fabra. No obstante, el juez no oponía reparos a las papeletas vendidas con anterioridad ni a que se pudieran seguir comercializando pero sin la imagen de Carlos Fabra.
Tras conocer el resultado del sorteo, el secretario general del BLOC, Enric Morera, ha asegurado que la diosa fortuna les "ha absuelto" porque la lotería del Niño vendida por el Bloc d'Ontinyent, conocida como "lotería de Fabra", ha "tocado como se aseguraba en la participación".
Morera ha comentado también que la suerte "está muy repartida, porque también le ha tocado a la alcaldesa de Ontinyent (del Partido Popular) y a algunos concejales del PP que compraron algunas participaciones".
